What payment options does your company accept?
We currently accept cash, check, financing, and all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
What is an estimate?
An estimate is an appointment with a Green Air representative at your home or business to evaluate the scope of the work required for a service or installation.
Will an estimate cost me anything?
Estimates are provided free of charge, and are intended to interact with clients to inform them of the many options available for home or business installation. Note that diagnostics for service calls may have an associated fee, but may be applied to the cost of any repair work greater than $79.
How can I schedule an appointment?
Appointments may be scheduled by phone at 925-28-GREEN (47336) or tentatively via email in the Contact section of the Green Air website.
What is the scope of your service area?
Our standard service area currently includes all of Contra Costa County, though we are more than willing to work within the bounds of Sonoma County, San Francisco County, Santa Clara County upon request.

Are you willing to perform any installations outside of your service area?
Depending on the travel distance and the scale of the job, we are willing to negotiate our service beyond our service area. Please contact us for details.
Are your employees trustworthy?
Definitely. All of our employees are background-checked and drug-tested. They wear uniforms bearing the Green Air logo and arrive at your home in our company trucks.
Do your employees speak English?
Yes. Every Green Air representative or employee speaks fluent English, and there are a few bilingual people on our team as well.
Is your company insured?
Absolutely. We’re fully insured.
Do you always have a foreman on the job?
Yes. We have a lead installer for the onsite management of every project.
Do you provide a maintenance program?
Yes. Our maintenance program includes the servicing of solar systems and cleaning of modules and collectors, as well as the servicing of furnaces and hot water heaters, air conditioners, first air handlers, and any other system component that we install. We’ll also check ductwork, change filters, and make sure that everything is working properly.
Licenses and Qualifications
What contracting licenses do you hold?
Green Air holds a solar license (C-46), roofing (C-39) and an HVAC license (C-20) with the California State Licensing Board. Note that our company is fully bonded and insured for all projects. What advantage is there in doing business with a company run by such young professionals?
We’re an ambitious group of men. Besides our training and expertise in solar, roofing and HVAC we have extensive backgrounds in engineering. Our detailed knowledge of other industries allows us to integrate systems and maximize our clients’ comfort and savings. We’re also very knowledgeable about the industry’s newer systems.
