We’ve been using Green Air for several years now – and we contacted Green Air just before the holidays because our HVAC was only blowing cold air. Our request was responded to the same day, and Nick was out to inspect and troubleshoot the system within a day of response. After inspection replacement parts were identified/needed, so Nick informed us he would contact Lennox to order the parts and be back out. We knew since it was during the holidays there might be a delay, but we were up and running the minute Nick received the parts. Fast Response time, Easy Communication, and excellent customer service.
